We are focused on one current project, Moss Gardens. With future plans for multi-family housing to be located on 12th Street, Mayfield Ky.

Moss Gardens

A new 15 home subdivision conveniently located off Parkway Drive. Ideally located on Parkway Drive this subdivision will host beautiful modern home for families to enjoy for generations.

We are beginning construction on the second home located at 317 Parkway Drive. This will be a 2500 sq ft 3 to 4 bedroom (bonus room) and 3 bath home.

Community Development

We plan to develop vacant lots in underrepresented communities and provide beautiful new homes for families to enjoy. These homes will be available for both sale and rent. We want to help rebuild the Mayfield legacy of home ownership.
